Certified Wellness Consultant

Rebecca Hart is a dedicated group fitness instructor and wellness coach whose passion for health and well-being was ignited at a young age, inspired by her grandmother's commitment to fitness. Formally trained in 2007, Rebecca has developed a diverse skill set that encompasses aerobics, strength training, Pilates (both Mat and Reformer), Barre, Spin, and more.

Wellness

Rebecca's journey in wellness continued at the University of Hawaii, where she studied cross-cultural holistic healing with a particular focus on Hawaiian La’au Lapa’au, or plant medicine. This academic foundation has equipped her with a unique perspective on integrating traditional healing practices with modern fitness methodologies.

 Through her work, Rebecca inspires individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles while fostering a connection to nature, ultimately empowering her clients to improve their physical and mental health in harmony with the environment. She strives to help all fitness levels achieve their health goals through tailored workout programs and motivational support.

Mental Health

 Rebecca continued on to recover her Graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling. Rebecca aims to explore natural treatments for anxiety and depression, further deepening her commitment to holistic health. Her lifelong passion for helping others is matched by her desire to promote environmental sustainability, blending personal well-being with a dedication to caring for the earth.​
