Did you know? 1 out of 7 youth suffer from mental/behavioral issues and approximately 16% of teens have suicidal ideations! I've started a new endeavor to help the keiki. Back in 2012 I received my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I specifically studied how to holistically provide therapy for children and families with emotional/behavioral issues (like Autism, Anxiety & Depression). In 2018 I became a Suicide Prevention Specialist. This paired nicely with my Bachelor's focusing on La'au Lapa'au (mahalo Kumu Ohai!) as I really enjoyed applying plant medicine/nutrition & bother alternative therapies for mental health issues & learning disabilities.

As I turn into a new chapter of my life I've decided to use the knowledge & experience I've gained to help the community in a meaningful way. Whether it's academic, emotional or behavioral I have the experience & tools to help!
